Black Sands Beach Engagement Session | Kate + Billy

As a San Francisco native, there's something truly special about photographing couples in the city where they grew up. Kate and Billy's engagement session at Black Sands Beach was a perfect example of this. The beach, with its stunning views and rugged coastline, provided a picturesque backdrop for their photos.

From the moment we started, it was clear that Kate and Billy have so much fun together. They laughed and joked with each other, completely at ease in front of the camera. As we ran around the beach, capturing their playful interactions, it was clear that they were not just partners but best friends.

One of the highlights of the session was when they brought out their dog, Maverick. The joy on their faces as they played with him on the beach was infectious. Maverick was clearly a beloved member of their family, and it was heartwarming to see how much he added to their relationship.

As we wrapped up the session, I couldn't help but feel excited for their upcoming wedding in Tahoe.
